STAIRs stands for Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements. It is a regulatory requirement for registered providers of social housing, designed to improve transparency, accountability and tenant access to information. STAIRs helps social housing tenants find information about their landlord and hold their landlord to account. STAIRs covers information about how we manage our social housing. This is because Inspire North provides services beyond social housing, so we only publish information that relates to the management of our social housing. We also remove personal, sensitive, confidential or commercially sensitive information where appropriate.
Cannot Find What You Need?
From April 2027, you will have a legal right to ask us for recorded information about how we manage your home and housing services. We will add more information shortly, including how to make a request and what you can expect from us.
