Housing services and tenant liaison
This section brings together information about the housing services we provide, along with advice, guidance and ways for tenants to get involved. The information is published as of the current date.
Information about your home and tenancy
Our Housing Management Policy brings together the main information tenants need to manage their home. It will explain the services we provide, the standards you can expect from us, your rights and responsibilities, and how we manage tenancies, rents, repairs, safety and neighbourhood issues.
Tenancy Portal
The Tenancy Portal gives you a secure way to view and manage information about your tenancy online.
Repairs
Our repairs page explains what counts as an emergency or general repair, how to report it and what will happen next. Emergency repairs should be reported straight away using the contact information provided by your service.
Supported accommodation and housing services
We provide supported accommodation for people with a range of needs across the north of England. Our website explains the different types of accommodation and support available and helps you find the right service.
Tenant Voice
Our Client and Tenant Voice Panel gives tenants a way to share ideas, make recommendations and help shape how Inspire North is run. The panel meets online every three months. You can speak to your support worker or register your interest through our website.
Feedback and complaints
You can give a compliment, raise a concern, make a complaint or complete our Client and Tenant Engagement Survey. Your feedback helps us understand what is working well and where we need to improve.
Information in another format
We can help if you need information in a different format or need support to use our website. Please speak to your service or contact us. Our website also includes translation and British Sign Language support.
