We are delighted that Inspire North appears 63rd in this year’s Best Large Companies to Work for in 2021, and has won a Special Award for Learning and Development.

Chief Executive Ruth Kettle appeared on stage at Media City in Salford to talk about personal growth in the last year, while many people have been working from home or in rapidly changing operating environments.

Talking to Dan Walker, Ruth said: “Everyone at Inspire North has really gone above and beyond the call of duty during the pandemic to support our vulnerable clients.”

“We will be keeping many of the innovations we have developed over the last year, and we very much look forward to seeing our clients face-to-face again.”

Director of People Donna Gooby said: “This is a phenomenal achievement during the COVID-19 pandemic. It both confirms and reaffirms our commitment to providing an outstanding place to work.

“As an organisation we lead with our values – people, passion, integrity and collaboration. Our ethos puts people at the heart of all we do – both our clients and employees.

“This accolade is for all of us. It is testament to our inclusive and diverse culture and the hard work and dedication of everyone over the last 12 months.

I am so proud of each and every one of our employees who have continue to support our clients whilst managing the challenges of the pandemic on their personal lives. It’s all about the teamwork!”

Inspire North also appeared in the top 30 charities to work for, the top 30 companies in the North East, and the top 75 companies in Yorkshire and Humber.
