Joining our People team as the Information and Systems Analyst is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively in order to deliver an efficient, effective, and customer focused transactional service to the whole organisation.

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our HR, Payroll and Recruitment Systems and driving continuous improvement of processes.  Using your systems expertise, you will interpret, find solutions and draw insight from the reports you create to support the Director of People and Culture and the People team in delivering an exceptional HR service.

The role is responsible for providing technical assistance and HR systems related training to other colleagues and business users, processing management information requests and supporting on systems projects.

You will have experience of working with HR database systems, data entry and preparing database reports to generate HR management information. Most importantly you will have a passion for maintaining and improving HR systems.
