We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Operations Manager to join our Operations Management Team and contribute to maintaining our tradition of excellence.
Our Operations Manager reports to the Group Director of Operations and plays a key role in providing strong, inspirational leadership and direction to staff across both Foundation and Community Links; as well as contributing organisationally to retaining services, and preparing the organisation for further growth in scale and complexity of operations.
Above all, you will have first class people skills and experience in leadership and management. You will need to take your own inspiration not only from what you can do and achieve, but also what you can empower and enable others to do. Motivated and dynamic, you will enjoy a challenge and the variety that working within Inspire North brings.
We only recruit the best people therefore to succeed in post you must have a thorough understanding of operational service delivery and be able to take a strategic lead in the areas of Quality and Safeguarding. You will possess the presence and ability to represent Inspire with commissioners, and be a natural, credible and enthusiastic communicator.
