We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated manager with strong business acumen to further advance this high-performing team. You will be responsible for maintaining standards of excellence in all aspects of our training provision.

The management of existing contracts and generation of new contracts is very important to us, along with sales, marketing and promotion in the public, private and voluntary sectors.  Not forgetting the management of our friendly team.

In addition, you will be responsible for determining the training needs and requirements for the group. You will manage, plan, develop and deliver the full range of Training and Development courses for all internal training, including induction of new employees, mandatory training etc.
