A Bit About My Role
I have the best job that allows me to use my creativity and forward thinking approach to business development and innovation every day. A key element of my role is to grow our business and ensure our sustainability and to future proof Inspire North. Another key element is to ensure we retain our existing business by leading the business development team. I am also responsible for all of our external communications via social media and other media outlets. I also act as an advisor to Ruth our CEO and also to Board Members in terms diversification and innovation. I have also developed a keen intertest in all things Generative AI and am taking the lead on that for us. I lead on creating new strategic partnerships and steer our long term thinking and seek out new and opportunities for us

For me it is all about making a difference to the clients/tenants that use our services. I also feel passionately about our inclusivity and anti-racism approach to supporting our employees, clients and tenants.
The Value That Resonates Most With Me
I think our value of integrity is the one I most connect with as it can encompass all of the others. For me it is about the doing the right thing even if it is hard and being a member of SLT we need to act with integrity when making decisions that impact on people.
What I’m Passionate About Outside of Work
Keeping physically and mentally fit are both really important to me as well as spending time with friends.
