A Bit About My Role
As Director of Operations at Inspire North, I have the privilege of leading a passionate, dedicated Operations team. Together, we ensure the safe and effective delivery of services for our clients and tenants. My role centres on driving excellence in housing, performance, and service delivery, all while ensuring we meet our contractual commitments. I also proudly serve as the organisation’s Safeguarding Lead and Information Governance Lead roles I take on with deep responsibility and care.
How Long Have I Been with Inspire North?
My journey with Inspire North began in 2014, initially as a volunteer therapist supporting the Foundation Domestic Abuse service. That experience was transformative so much so that in November of that year, I made the life-changing decision to leave my role in the NHS and fully join the organisation. I haven’t looked back since.
What I Love Most About Working Here
Quite simply, the people. Every day, I’m inspired by the incredible teams I work with and the tangible difference we make in people’s lives. At Inspire North, we don’t just talk about values, we live them. The commitment, compassion, and drive I see across the organisation reminds me daily why this work matters. I am very passionate about my role as a leader, leadership, for me, is more than a position it’s a responsibility to inspire, empower, and create positive change. I’m passionate about nurturing high performing teams and building a culture where people feel seen, heard, and supported. My qualifications in SafeLives Service Management and the Level 5 CMI in Leadership and Management have played a key role in shaping my leadership style. I truly believe, you get out, what you put in.

What I’m Passionate About Outside of Work
Outside of work, my world revolves around family, friends, and my beloved pets. I treasure time spent with loved ones and I’m always planning the next holiday! Travel is my way of recharging, exploring new perspectives, and staying connected to life’s bigger picture.
