£35,745 per annum, pro rata

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our Training team to deliver a wide range of first-class training and development across the organisation and to our external customers.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing learning & development activity to support colleagues in being the best they can be in the work that we do including induction of new employees, mandatory training etc.
In addition, your role is to build and manage strong relationships with partner organisations whilst maintaining our strong reputation for quality along with growing our external training business.
