We are looking for an experienced, tenacious HR professional to join our small friendly HR team as a Senior People Partner.
This is a varied role involving the provision of high quality advice on employee relations matters, absence management, TUPE transfers, service restructures and broader people management. You will manage a full range of complex ER cases with the aim of building the capability of our leadership teams. You will also have the opportunity to participate in HR projects.
You’ll be a natural organiser with high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
