We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join us as a Quality and Assurance Lead.
Inspire North is the parent organisation of Community Links and Foundation, two outstanding charities with decades of experience in mental health and housing. Our values of People, Integrity, Collaboration and Passion are at the heart of what we do.
In this new role you will be the organisational lead for quality assurance. Working with the Head of Quality and Performance, you will support the development and implementation of Inspire North’s governance and quality assurance systems. Using quality kitemarks, client voice and best practice you will play a pivotal role in supporting the culture of continuous improvement. More importantly evidencing the high quality services of the Inspire North group.
You will have experience of using recognised quality improvement techniques and experience in working with external regulators. You will be proactive and innovative to excel in this role, with outstanding organisational skills and strong communication skills.
